This notice covers rusticbison.org and nothing else. The company's property is closed for reconstruction and takes no bookings, so there is no guest data. If that changes, this notice changes with it.
Controller
RusticBison Investments, Lda, a sociedade por quotas registered in Portugal under NIPC 517975009, with registered office at Avenida General Pedro Cardoso, No. 1-1, 2500-922 Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, is the controller for this website.
What this site collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no login, no comment field, no newsletter and no shopping basket. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. It runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Every font, image and stylesheet is served from this domain, so loading a page sends no request to any third party.
Server logs
The site is published as static files through GitLab Pages. GitLab states in its privacy statement that for sites published this way it collects server access logs holding the visitor's internet protocol address, the time of access and the pages visited, and that these logs are kept for seven days and then discarded on a rolling basis. That processing is GitLab's, under its own notice:
RusticBison does not receive, query or retain those logs, and does not combine them with anything else.
If you write to the company by email, the message and your address are held for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) where one exists.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or you may object to processing. Write to the company at its registered office to exercise any of these.
Complaints
You may complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at cnpd.pt, or to the authority for the country where you live.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revision number above changes with it.
